The Role

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff — a product-forward builder with founder-level experience who can operate as an extension of our CEO. This person will lead client engagements end-to-end: from the initial SWAT phase (embedding with the founder, mapping the landscape, identifying the fastest path to value) through long-term execution with a custom team they assemble and direct.
