About the Role

The Chief of Staff (CoS) at eCSI is the connective tissue between executive strategy and operational reality. Sitting at the center of the enterprise, you will translate the CEO’s vision into structured, repeatable systems. This is not a passive administrative post. We are looking for an ambitious, system-minded leader who possesses Manhattan Standards of precision alongside a deep Manila Soul. You will oversee critical project portfolios, implement systems-driven accountability, and identify high-value new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
