Chief of Staff

Position Summary

The Site Chief of Staff is a physician administrator and leader who works to achieve a collaborative working relationship between physicians and administration based on the One IH culture and its objectives. This position requires dedicated block time and will have specific deliverables that elaborate on the job description based on the needs of the specific site. These will be outlined in Schedule A of the contract. Reporting Structure: The Chief of Staff reports through the appropriate Executive Medical Director for all medical leadership and governance functions, and works in alignment with the Site Health Service Administrator for all hospital operations issues.
