The Maryland Department of General Services (DGS) is looking to hire a talented and experienced leader to serve as the Chief of Performance Improvement and Innovation. This position will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and overseeing the agency's performance metrics across all DGS divisions. The position will oversee comprehensive human-centric performance and the build-out, implementation, and adoption of a continuous improvement program that stretches across the entire agency, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all divisions.
