Chief Inspector

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems and processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Work closely with production, engineering, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
• Support audits (internal, customer, and regulatory).
• Lead PFMEA, Control Plan, and Process Capability activities.
• Monitor key quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a quality engineering role (automotive industry preferred).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 quality standards.
• Experience with tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and Control Plans.
