Job Description
The Group FiberCo Chief Technology & Information Officer (CTIO) is responsible for defining and executing the Group's end-to-end FiberCo technology strategy, ensuring the design, deployment, operation, and evolution of a scalable, secure, and high-performance fixed broadband network and ISP platform across all operating countries.
The role owns the FTTx lifecycle end-to-end (market prioritisation, network design, permitting wayleaves, build execution, acceptance/as-builts, activation, customer installation, service assurance and continuous optimisation), to industrialise rollout delivery, improve take-up enablement, and ensure best-in-class service quality for wholesale and retail fixed customers.
The CTIO provides strategic leadership over fiber access and transport networks, IT systems, OSS/BSS, cybersecurity, data platforms, and innovation, while harmonising standards and driving synergies across multiple markets.
