The Chief Finance Officer shall be responsible for the attainment of the company’s objectives by doing the ff.

Chief Finance Officer Responsibilities

1. Conceptualize and write down the concept of the internal financial environment that the Company must have to conduct its business in consonance with the Company’s general directions and objectives. This environment consists of principles, targets, rules, and metrics (Standards of Attainment) within which the Company shall operate. To this end, he/she shall:
   • Create an Operations Metrics Dashboard (OMD) that shows all the different principles, targets, rules and metrics and where the Company is or what its status is, and see to it that the required metrics are followed, such as target return on equity, profit margin, return on specific projects, etc., by ensuring real-time updating of the OMD and the reports that feed data into the OMD;
