Description/Synopsis:
Join a leading group in mining and civil engineering as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), responsible for shaping financial strategy, upholding robust governance and risk controls, and driving commercial growth. This hands-on, senior role covers group consolidations, global tax compliance, and working capital management, requiring a technically strong individual, with high-level leadership capabilities. International exposure in financial operations, a passion for efficient processes, and proactive business partnership are key.
Minimum Requirements:
BCom/CIMA/SAIPA/CA(SA) qualification
At least 7 years’ experience in a finance management
Strong team management, leadship and coaching experience
Strong expertise in international tax strategy, group consolidation, and complex financial reporting
Advanced knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and practical experience in statutory, tax, and payroll management
