Job Description

Our client is a diversified UAE-based group operating across mobile phone & electronics trading, logistics, warehousing, and related commercial businesses. They are looking for an experienced, hands‑on CFO to lead group-level financial control, accounting, taxation, banking, compliance, and reporting — someone who doesn't just review numbers, but investigates, controls, and protects them.

About the Role

This is not a back‑office reporting position. You'll own consolidated group financials, UAE VAT/Corporate Tax compliance, banking relationships, inventory and gross‑profit control, and internal fraud prevention — reporting directly to the Group CEO/Board.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare consolidated monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements across all group entities
  • Manage cash flow, treasury, and banking relationships (AED/USD/GBP)
