Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the Role

Our client is a diversified UAE-based group operating across mobile phone & electronics trading, logistics, warehousing, and related commercial businesses. They are looking for an experienced, hands‑on CFO to lead group‑level financial control, accounting, taxation, banking, compliance, and reporting — someone who doesn't just review numbers, but investigates, controls, and protects them.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements across all group entities.
• Manage cash flow, treasury, and banking relationships (AED/USD/GBP).
• Own UAE VAT registration, filing, and Corporate Tax compliance.
• Lead annual audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Control high‑value mobile phone/electronics inventory — IMEI‑level stock tracking, shrinkage investigation, gross‑profit‑per‑transaction analysis.
