• Support the MOD in the opening/mid shift procedures of the store including the consistent and appropriate execution of the QSCH Restaurant Checklist (QRC).
• Professionally resolve guests’ concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner, ensuring that the guest who complained will leave the store “wowed back”.
• Effectively implement local restaurant marketing programs to drive trials and create repeat business. Lead and coach Food Servers in selling new products and promotions to guests.
• Review the Menu Item Sales Report from the POS Back Office and analyze it in close coordination with the MODs.
• Manage the effective flow of cash of the store at all times.
• Maintain proper, accurate, and complete documentation of fund movements.
