Regina Public Library (RPL) is a dynamic, community-centred organization and a vital civic institution at the heart of Regina. With nine locations across the city, RPL provides welcoming, inclusive spaces where residents gather to learn, create, and connect. Through its extensive collections, innovative programming, and strong network of community partnerships, the library advances literacy, lifelong learning, and digital inclusion while fostering cultural engagement and social connection. Serving more than half of the city’s population, RPL delivers millions of annual visits, loans, and program interactions, reflecting its central role in community life. As a trusted and accessible public resource, RPL also supports newcomer integration, Indigenous reconciliation, workforce development, and equitable access to information—contributing meaningfully to Regina’s social, cultural, and economic well‑being.
