About CoBSMEs

The Coalition of Black Small & Medium Enterprises (CoBSMEs) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and empowering Black entrepreneurs and business owners through business development programs, training, mentorship, networking opportunities, and strategic partnerships. Through initiatives such as the Black Business Ecosystem Initiative (BBEI), CoBSMEs works to strengthen entrepreneurial capacity, foster economic growth, and create opportunities for Black-owned businesses to thrive.

• Provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for CoBSMEs and its programs.
• Implement the organization's strategic plan and Board-approved priorities.
