Chief Executive Officer

This position is for UKM Real Estate Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of UKM Holdings Sdn. Bhd.

Lead business development by identifying and pursuing opportunities in property development, asset management, student accommodation and other strategic projects that create sustainable value for the company.

Ensure all projects are managed effectively with respect to planning, cost, quality, implementation timelines, regulatory compliance and risk management.

Ensure company's financial performance remains sustainable through effective resource management, cost control and the identification of new revenue-generating opportunities.

Lead organizational development by strengthening the organizational structure, human resource management, talent management and competency development to support the company's long-term growth.
