A fast-growing mechanical contractor in Central Florida is seeking a Chief Estimator in Orlando, FL! This is an exciting opportunity to join a 150+ person team and lead estimating efforts on major commercial, institutional, and industrial projects throughout the region, including healthcare, high-rise, government, higher education, dealerships, strip malls, and light industrial facilities.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Chief Estimator position include:
  • 10+ years of mechanical estimating experience, specifically with ductwork and piping
  • Strong background estimating commercial, institutional, and industrial projects
  • Experience with healthcare, high-rise, government, higher education, car dealership, strip mall, and light industrial projects
  • Proficiency with Bluebeam, Trimble AutoBid or similar estimating software, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite
