Chief Engineer

This position manages all engineering and maintenance operations, focusing on maintaining the building, grounds, and physical plant with a keen eye on safety, security, and asset protection. You'll be accountable for managing the budget, capital expenditure projects, preventative maintenance, and energy conservation. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and leading the emergency response team for all facility issues are also key aspects of this role.

Candidate Profile

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in engineering and maintenance or a related professional area, along with technical training in HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing.
• OR a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Building and Construction, Engineering, Mechanics, or a related major, with 2 years of experience in engineering and maintenance or a related professional area, and technical training in HVAC-R/electrical/p...
