Overview

Courtyard Prince George is recruiting for a Chief Engineer to join our leadership team. The Chief Engineer is responsible for all engineering/maintenance operations, including maintaining the building, grounds and equipment with attention towards safety, security and asset protection. This role will also be responsible for managing department’s controllable budget, assist in capital expenditure projects, preventative maintenance and energy conservation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and perform day-to-day maintenance activities and brand standard requirements
  • Manage and perform effective rooms preventative maintenance program
  • Develop, maintain and update maintenance routines and inventory sourcing
  • Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment
  • Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed
