Position: Chief Engineer
Location: Ajman

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Chief Engineer to oversee all engineering, maintenance, and physical operations within Dusit Ajman Resort & Villas. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal comfort for guests and staff by maintaining efficient, reliable, and energy‑effective operations across the entire property, including our luxury guest rooms, villas, public spaces, and back‑of‑house areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and water treatment systems across the resort and villas.
• Preventative Maintenance: Design and execute a strict, resort‑wide preventative maintenance (PM) program for guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house facilities to eliminate downtime.
