This role requires a hands-on scientific leader adept in drug discovery and development, responsible for guiding strategic decisions and facilitating interdisciplinary collaboration.

The ideal candidate will possess a PhD or MD, 15+ years in biotech, and a proven track record of leading successful therapeutic programs.
