About Enso
At Enso Coliving we're redefining how people live in cities. We're one of the fastest-growing premium coliving operators in Southern Europe, with 700+ rooms across Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia and Lisbon — and a clear ambition: 40 cities. We've built our own end-to-end tech platform (booking engine, coliver web app, PMS and owner portal) and product is at the heart of our differentiation.
What You'll Do
- Lead the strategy and roadmap of the entire Enso platform.
- Design in Figma: flows, wireframes, prototypes and design system.
- Make data-driven decisions: metrics, A/B experiments and dashboards (PostHog).
- Coordinate product with Tech, Sales, Community and Finance.
- Start as a one-man show and build your team as Enso grows.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in digital product (startup/scaleup).
- Full-stack profile: strong UX/UI (Figma) and analytical rigour.
