Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading digital finance platform in Southeast Asia. Our respective client is looking for a Compliance Manager who will oversee the company's regulatory compliance framework, ensuring full adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards. This role will be reporting to the President and, with onsite work set-up and is located in Pasig City.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact between the company and the SEC, fostering professional and high-trust relationships with regulatory officials.
  • Lead and coordinate timely responses to regulatory inquiries, show-cause letters (SCL), formal notices, and compliance directives.
