Founded in 1977, Vinfen is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing community-based behavioral health and disability services with footprint in Eastern Massachusetts and Connecticut. Vinfen has a workforce of over 3,000 employees and an annual operating budget of approximately $300M.

The Position

Vinfen is seeking a Chief Analytics and Performance Officer (CAPO), who reports to the CEO and is a member of the executive team. A new role created to lead Vinfen's transformation into a data-and-analytics-driven organization, the CAPO is responsible for developing the organization's analytics and performance management strategy, building measurement infrastructure, and establishing processes around data-driven decision-making and business execution.
