Overview

A Senior Advisor, Public Affairs on the National Bank Public Affairs team serves as a communications specialist, supporting the Bank’s relationships with multiple external stakeholders. The role has a significant positive impact through knowledge of current events, social issues and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage media relations, acting as spokesperson for the organization
• Develop external communication strategies aligned with the Bank’s orientations, priorities, culture and values
• Draft strategic communications for the organization, including speeches for executives and press releases
• Contribute to incident management and reputational risk management, which may require availability outside normal work hours
