CHICKEN PRODUCTION MANAGER

1. Production Planning & Operations: Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans aligned with commercial demand. Manage the entire poultry processing operation from bird reception to finished product. Ensure production schedules are achieved while maintaining quality standards. Coordinate labour, equipment, and production resources efficiently. Monitor throughput, yields, and operational performance. Drive continuous improvements that increase efficiency and reduce production costs. 2. Abattoir Management Oversee humane handling and slaughter processes. Ensure compliance with animal welfare legislation and industry best practices. Maintain smooth workflow across slaughter, evisceration, chilling, grading, and packaging. Monitor processing yields and identify opportunities to reduce losses. Ensure equipment is operated safely and efficiently. 3.
