Job Description

  • Support and develop the company’s distribution partners to help achieve sales targets.
  • Provide product knowledge and training to strengthen partner performance.
  • Encourage participation in campaigns and promotional activities to drive business growth.
  • Build strong working relationships with partners to improve engagement and results.
  • Coordinate marketing activities and prepare related reports as required.
  • Bachelor's Degree with Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • At least 2 years’ experience in related field
  • Have experience in Marketing Agent, Motor or Non-Motor in insurance business.
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Have presentation skill and service mind
  • Able to drive Car and have car license
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, E-Mail and Web utilities
  • Self-Motivate, Proactive and Strong Networking
