York College is seeking an outstanding Tutor to teach Chemistry from August or September 2026. As part of a collaborative Science team, you'll deliver engaging lessons in well-equipped laboratories, ensuring a rewarding teaching experience for students aged 16-19 as well as adult learners.

We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and those new to the profession. A degree in Chemistry or a related subject is required, alongside a recognised teaching qualification. Generous benefits include up to £43,408 annual salary, 57 days leave, and financial support for teacher training courses.
