SUPERVISORY CHEMIST – MANUFACTURING

Location:
 Durban, KZN

A well-established 
specialty manufacturing operation
 is seeking a 
senior Supervisory Chemist
 to oversee laboratory and production chemistry within a batch manufacturing environment.

This is a 
hands-on supervisory role
 requiring proven leadership and deep technical experience.

This is NOT a junior or entry-level position.

The role includes:

  • Supervision of laboratory and production chemistry activities
  • Oversight of formulation, quality control, and process consistency
  • Technical support to production and troubleshooting of manufacturing issues
  • Leadership, training, and performance management of staff
  • Continuous improvement and process optimisation

The successful candidate will have:
