Salary: $34.62 to $40.02 hourly (to be negotiated) / 40 hours per week

Employment Terms: Permanent, Full time

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and optimize chemical process for processing units
  • Operate electronic or computerized control panel from a central control room
  • Participate in training of other workers
  • Control process start-up, shut-down and troubleshooting
  • Monitor outside process equipment
  • Adjust equipment, valves, pumps and controls and process equipment
  • Shut down, isolate and prepare process units or production equipment for maintenance
  • Carry out statistical process control
  • Provide emergency response when required
  • Rotate between different petroleum, gas and chemical processing units during shift cyc...
