As a Chemical Operations Manager, you will facilitate all activities within the Chem-Ops Production Area. This includes managing ABS/ASA/TSAN Resin lines, synthetic rubber operations, and utility management. You will drive EHS&S compliance, performance metrics, and team development with a focus on continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with site teams to define production goals
• Identify health, safety, and environmental concerns
• Own and implement Unit Technology Plans
• Develop capital projects to enhance operations
