Role Summary

  • Work in process development, scale‑up and production for pharmaceutical intermediates and APIs.
  • Report to Process Development Lead and collaborate with production, QA and R&D to ensure safe, efficient, GMP‑compliant chemical manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, optimize and scale chemical synthesis routes and unit operations for API and intermediate production.
  • Prepare and review process flow diagrams (PFDs), mass and energy balances, and SOPs.
  • Perform process hazard analyses and risk assessments (e.g., HAZOP, HIRA) and implement safety controls.
