Job Description

The Rose Hotel & Motel is looking for Chefs to work with our kitchen team who will report to the Head Chef & Venue Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

Demonstrate understanding of food preparation and production in the kitchen department, whilst taking direction from the Head Chef to ensure smooth operation of all kitchen duties.

Food Operations

  1. Ensures the consistency of all menu items regardless of time of day or period of service
  2. Day to day effective involvement in food operations
  3. Liaising with Chefs and kitchen team to ensure smooth delivery of food to guests
  4. Operation of kitchen equipment to achieve required results for ala carte and function service
  5. Work with the Head Chef to advance and improve current food operations
