Job Description

Seaside Shahi, an Indian restaurant in Wollongong and Shellharbour and Engadine where the allure of the ocean meets the richness of Indian cuisine. A culinary haven nestled by the seaside, we specialise in the artistry of Indian cuisine, focusing on the tantalising flavours of traditional curries, succulent chicken, and lamb dishes.

Currently, there is a requirement for a new chef on full-time basis, who is able to work independently or help other chef and Head chef in the kitchen.

Eligibility Criteria:

• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma

• OR

• At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications of Diploma

• At least two years of experience as Chef.

Main Responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for overseeing the kitchen operation of the business and coordinate the work with cooks and other kitchen staff.
