Looking for a Chef role with excellent work-life balance, daytime shifts, and fresh food cooking?
A prestigious school in Winchester is seeking a passionate Chef to join its professional catering team on a full-time, permanent contract - either on a term time or 52-week contract.
The Role
* Prepare fresh, high-quality meals for pupils and staff
* Work across all kitchen sections, including hot kitchen, pastry, larder, desserts, and bakery
* Produce cakes, traybakes, biscuits, and desserts from scratch
* Run kitchen shifts independently (approx. 80 covers daily)
* Support hospitality, functions, receptions, afternoon teas, and special events
* Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance
