Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Chef Manager to design menus, experiment with fresh seasonal produce, and cater to unique dietary needs.
• Lead kitchen operations in the Chef Manager’s absence, ensuring smooth delivery of meals.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and quality across all kitchen activities.
• Support the team in a user‑friendly, collaborative way to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
