Chef - Weekends

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our team at the YMCA Hostel. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving nutritious, high-quality meals for our residents and guests, while maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards.

You will work collaboratively with the catering team to plan menus, manage stock, and deliver a positive dining experience within a busy, community-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook a variety of meals for residents and guests
• Ensure food is prepared, presented, and served in line with YMCA standards and agreed specifications
