Chef - Weekend

About the Role

We’re seeking a permanent full-time Chef at our {INSERT} care home. Reporting to the General Manager and Chef Manager, you’ll prepare and cook nutritious meals and snacks, supervise kitchen staff, ensure a safe, hygienic and welcoming kitchen that supports resident wellbeing. Key responsibilities include:

• Create delicious, nutritious meals that respect residents’ individual dietary needs, preferences, and cultural backgrounds.
• Take pride in delivering service excellence through high-quality cooking, implementing quarterly seasonal menus that inspire variety, enjoyment, and consistent standards, while maintaining exceptional food safety and presentation.
• Lead and motivate kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and smooth day-to-day operations.
