About the role

We are looking for qualified Chef who is available for casual work offering a change of pace, if you have a passion to work within the aged care sector we would love to hear from you.


About you 


You will hold relevant certifications and have a comprehensive understanding of Food Safety Laws and Occupational Health and Safety in a kitchen environment. You will have demonstrated experience in all facets of food preparation including managing a team, menu planning, preparation of daily meals ensuring they are fresh, well-presented and appetising. Furthermore, you will possess the following: 

  • Certificate IV in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or higher

  • Food Safety Supervisor Training (Health & Community) - HLTFSE001, HLTFSE005 and HLTFSE007

  • Experience working
