Fortune lane Chinese Restaurant is located in Terrigal on the Central Coast of NSW. We pride ourselves for our truly delicious and perfectly cooked Chinese dishes. We encourage everyone to experience our authentic Chinese dishes in a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. We are looking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team on a full-time basis.

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per annum (plus superannuation)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Chinese dishes to a high standard.
2. Plan menus and develop new dishes in consultation with management.
3. Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation and portion control.
4. Monitor food quality, freshness and stock rotation.
5. Order and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.
