Hotel520 on Sayers is seeking a full-time Chef to join our talented culinary team in Tarneit, Victoria. You will play a vital role in the day to day operations of our busy kitchen, supporting our Head Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting the Head Chef and senior chefs in the preparation, cooking and presentation of a variety of dishes across our seasonal menus
2. Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety in the kitchen
3. Ensuring efficient and timely meal preparation to meet guest orders
4. Undertaking a range of kitchen tasks such as, chopping, slicing, mixing and plating
5. Participating in regular stock-taking and ordering of kitchen supplies
