4F Lele Farms is an integrated catfish farming and restaurant business based in Yogyakarta. We focus on sustainable aquaculture and serving fresh, high-quality catfish dishes directly from our farm to our restaurant.

We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Chef to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute catfish-based menu items (traditional & modern concepts)
• Ensure food quality, taste consistency, and presentation standards
• Manage kitchen operations and maintain hygiene standards
• Oversee inventory and ingredient sourcing
• Train and supervise kitchen staff
• Create seasonal or promotional menu ideas

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Experience with Indonesian cuisine (especially seafood)
• Creative in developing new menu variations
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
