Chef required for a well-established Australian business “DEGANI@BENTONSQUARE” located at 18/210 DUNNS ROAD, MORNINGTON VIC 3931. Prospective applicants must have good prior experience of working commercially as a chef. Duties include.
- Monitor the kitchen staff during pre-cooking preparations.
- Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of food preparation, food presentation.
- Prepare specialized food items from the kitchen menu
- Preparing food items keeping in mind the nutrition value of the items included.
- Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients as per the standard food recipes of the business or personal judgment.
- Planning menus & recipes.
- Estimating food and Labor costs and ordering food supplies.
