Location: Royal Berkshire Hospital, London Road, Reading RG1 5AN
Shift Pattern: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm
Pay Rate: £ 13.60 an hour + Escalated rates over the weekend.

Job Duties
· Preparing and cooking patient/ restaurant meals in our modern well-equipped kitchen.
· Provide information on food service, matters including recipes and wastage information.
· Planning meals and menus
· Lifting and storing of heavy provisions.
· Keep up to date with departmental COSHH manual and PPE requirement for each food preparation and cleaning task
