Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties includes but not limited to:

  1. food preparation
  2. cooking to order
  3. assisting the head chef with ordering -training junior staff
  4. complying with all food health and safety requirements Experience required:-must have certificate IV in commercial cookery
  5. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a chef.

Other requirements:-Must be able to work on weekends and rotating roster. -Must be a strong team player and able to work in busy environment.

  2. Passionate about providing high quality of food service.
