Our client is seeking a skilled Chef to join their team located in Point Cook, Victoria.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and cook food according to recipes, menu specifications, and quality standards.
  2. Plan and assist with menu development, including creating new dishes and improving existing menu items.
  3. Ensure meals are presented neatly, consistently, and served within required timeframes.
  4. Monitor food quality, freshness, flavour, presentation, and portion control.
  5. Assist with estimating food requirements and controlling food costs.
