The right candidate will be responsible for:

• Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Italian dishes, with a focus on Roman cuisine.
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Collaborate with the team to create and refine menu offerings.
• Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and scheduling.
• Oversee inventory management and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Adhere to food safety and health regulations.
