Job Description

Experience: 2–5 years (Italian cuisine preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present authentic Italian dishes (pasta, pizza, risotto, sauces, etc.)
  • Maintain consistency in taste, quality and presentation
  • Plan menu items and assist with new Italian menu development
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene and kitchen SOPs are followed
  • Manage kitchen prep, inventory and reduce wastage
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team during service hours

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Italian Chef or Continental Chef
  • Strong knowledge of Italian ingredients, sauces and cooking techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Good time management and teamwork skills
  • Passion for food and attention to detail
