Commis Pizza Chef (Neapolitan Pizza)
We are a growing Neapolitan pizza brand committed to authenticity, quality ingredients, and consistent execution. We're looking for a motivated young chef who is passionate about pizza and eager to learn and grow with us.
Requirements
- Recently graduated from a pizza or culinary school
- (Neapolitan pizza training preferred)
- Neapolitan dough & fermentation
- Dough stretching and topping
- Wood-fired or gas pizza ovens
- Good communication skills (Hindi and basic English)
- Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn and improve
- Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strict about hygiene, cleanliness, and consistency
