Our client is nestled in the heart of Manly in Brisbane's most iconic eastern bayside district. They are looking for a number of highly skilled and innovative chefs to join their team.

 

As a chef you will be responsible for 

  • Menu development reflecting both modern and traditional gourmet culinary trends
  • Able to work harmoniously with front of house team to deliver exceptional meals, in line with service standards to guarantee customer satisfaction
  • Preparation and production of food items for menu/s to ensure they meet the exceptional standards 
  • Maintains food preparation handling and correct storage standards
  • Adaptable to work across multiple kitchen outlets when rostered 
  • Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs effectively
  • Adhere to strict health, hygiene and safety standards at all times
  • Plan and manage portion control 
  • Provide in kitchen training as required
