We are currently looking for a great **Chef Manager** to join our team of professionals at **Bethany Home in Ripon, CA.** We are seeking innovative and passionate culinarians, to manage the culinary operations of our select senior living communities.This position requires early evenings and occassional weekend availability.
**What You'll Do**
+ be responsible for the creation and development of innovative, inventive and ground-breaking menus;
+ **daily, hands on execution of service. Often on the line, assisting positions.**
+ direct and manage kitchen operations and designated back of house staff;
+ ensure that the highest possible standards of food handling and preparation are achieved;
