Chef Manager

The Job:

As Head of Catering you will be totally responsible for managing the complete day to day running of this business which will be agreed by you and the executive team as part of the overall estate strategic vision and development. You will be fully accountable for the Financial day to day targets as well as all agreed GP’s and supplier negotiations, you will be fully on board with the product and will work to a clear business plan. 

The Person:  

Our cleint is looking for someone who has passion for innovative menus, an interest in food provenance, and a flair for baking, as well as a good working knowledge of HACCP and food safety. Previous experience in a similar role is essential as are computer skills and financial acumen, together with the ability to organise and prioritise a busy workload.
